 Benefit Advantage was established in 1989 as a customer service organization to provide COBRA Administration, Flexible Spending Account Administration and other services to area companies. Since then, our product line broadened to include the Health Reimbursement Arrangement and the Transportation Fringe benefit programs. The company direction became more focused on outstanding customer service to include all size (2-30,000) companies in 46 states. Benefit Advantage's goal as a third party administrator is to create ease for our customers and simplify complicated matters so everyone has a clear understanding of the benefit plans offered. We personally select and provide an account manager for each company and make available customer information via monthly reports, the Web, interactive voice response system and direct telephone. We want to be the solution to current and prospective client needs.
